Wellness Plans
WEEKLY MAT PILATES SESSIONS
- Weekly one-hour private sessions at your home/office tailored to your fitness goals. Virtual sessions are also available.
- 1-2 weekly sessions to provide consistency and variety.
- These sessions will include exercises with resistance bands, Pilates magic circle, ball and/or weights with focus on core strength, balance and flexibility.
- Deep stretching will also be added where needed to assist in lengthening and toning.
ACCOUNTABILITY
PLAN
- This will include short online recorded exercises emailed to supplement the Mat Pilates sessions.
- These recordings will align with the weekly sessions that are set up.
- Recordings will include specialized focus on areas needed (injury, core rehabilitation, etc.), abdominal and stretching exercises.
NUTRITION/SUPPLEMENT GUIDANCE
- Personalized meal plan with a list of tips and supplements that can help in your overall fitness journey.
- Customized to meet your nutrition goals.
