WEEKLY MAT PILATES SESSIONS

  • Weekly one-hour private sessions at your home/office tailored to your fitness goals. Virtual sessions are also available.
  • 1-2 weekly sessions to provide consistency and variety.
  • These sessions will include exercises with resistance bands, Pilates magic circle, ball and/or weights with focus on core strength, balance and flexibility.
  • Deep stretching will also be added where needed to assist in lengthening and toning.

ACCOUNTABILITY
PLAN

  • This will include short online recorded exercises emailed to supplement the Mat Pilates sessions.
  • These recordings will align with the weekly sessions that are set up.
  • Recordings will include specialized focus on areas needed (injury, core rehabilitation, etc.), abdominal and stretching exercises.

NUTRITION/SUPPLEMENT GUIDANCE

  • Personalized meal plan with a list of tips and supplements that can help in your overall fitness journey.
  • Customized to meet your nutrition goals.
